These terms govern the use of Talebound, including accounts, letters, journeys, and Stamp purchases.
Operator
Talebound is provided by Stagline SRL, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania.
Using Talebound
- You must provide accurate account information when signing in with Google OAuth or magic link email.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
- You may not misuse the service, interfere with delivery flows, or attempt unauthorized access.
Letters, journeys, and content
- You keep responsibility for the text, images, and other material you submit.
- You must have the right to share any uploaded photo or profile image.
- Talebound may remove content or restrict accounts used for abuse, spam, or unlawful activity.
Stamps and payments
- Stamp purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout.
- Pricing, taxes, and any legally required refund information should be shown at checkout or in applicable notices.
- Payment processing may depend on third-party availability and verification.
Availability
Talebound may change or pause features as the MVP evolves. External services such as email, maps, push notifications, storage, analytics, and payments may also affect availability.
Liability and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute not resolved directly with Stagline SRL is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
